This series Juice Filling Machine is used for the production of Juice,Tea drink,Energy drink. Function of Washing,Filling,Capping are integrated in one unit.
Direct connection technology between air conveyor and in-feeding starwheel,replace in-feeding screw and conveying chain. New designed bottle separating grippers are assembled to starwheel.
Neck hanging technology applied in bottle transportation. Instead of using traditional starwheel,we adopt neck hanging gripper,which makes it easier to change different bottle size.
Specially designed rinser gripper made of stainless steel is firm and endurable,no direct contact to screw part of the bottle,preventing secondary pollution.
Splint of starwheel using twist descending way to simplify the process of bottle size changing. It only requires change of board and starwheel,just take few minutes.
